Assembly & Testing

Hi-Tech Precision offer Electro Mechanical Assemblies, Mechanical Assemblies and Kit Assemblies to our customer requirements. We are able to offer full supply chain management, dedicated area for all assembly and testing, testing parameters captured via data logging, static photography and video capture.

We are able to offer Low Pressure testing up to 100 psi using air, High Pressure testing up to 30,000 psi using either de-ionised water or hydraulic oil, full supply chain management, dedicated area, testing parameters captured via data logging, static photography and video capture.

Fully trained and skilled staff can assemble, test and pressure test on either small or large components. Working to assembly instructions or specific customer procedures, we can collate full documentation packs where required.

Testing can be carried out on a wide range of components including: Tubes, pipes and fittings, castings and finished machined components.

Hi-Tech also welcomes customer onsite factory acceptance testing and witnessing.

Low Pressure Testing

or hydraulic oil.

Our pump has an output of 30,000 psi max at 100 psi air supply

pressure, 0.092 cubic inches (1.5cc) volume cycle and a flow rate

of 0.60 litres/min at 0 psi.

Quality

Hi-Tech are approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We also work in line with ISO TS16949, for the automotive industry sector to PPAP standards, and are also currently working towards OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001. To maintain these quality standards we employ the services of an external Quality Assurance consultant.

We can also offer our customers specific Databook requirements which include First Article inspection reports, Certificates of Conformity, Material Certification, Full dimension reports, Non Destructive Examination reports and full identification traceability.
